I don't know much about this - I do pretty well in conversation but find I cannot yet process fast enough to follow this.  I am looking for some short, simple cross-talks that have English translations.  I have two purposes.  One, to help me train my ear; the second, to help my students improve their English.  Can someone give me some suggestions as to how to go about finding this?
