A relative needs this translated into Chinese for their hotel. Unfortunately it escapes my Chinese level, I am terrible at translating. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated  

"In compliance with Law 42/2010 and in order to maintain our facilities, this hotel is a smoke-free space. In case of detecting that you have smoked in the room, an additional charge of €100 will be

made to cover the cleaning and deodorization work.

Thank you for not smoking."

I am intrigued that it is so long. Short and sweet might be better unless its a legal requirement.

Yes, there are similarly long-winded announcements about not smoking, in English and Mandarin, on the bullet trains.
