As an international applicant, today I got an email from Tsinghua University notifying me that I have passed the review. I also saw in the portal that an interview is not required. Right now, does that mean that I will receive an offer if I submit all the material in my application to Tsinghua? Or is that not the case? Thank you in advance! Quote
