Translate script to block style characters please

I have difficulty looking up some of these cause of the nice stylized handwriting.  Can someone give me the block computer style characters please?  There are 16 total.  Thanks so much in advance.

The right two columns are not aligned. You need to turn them one position down to get a more meaningful reading:

人万双普

丁事龙渡

两如捧慈

Isn't the more interesting question, what is this for? The characters aren't reversed, which rules out some possibilities. They're also simplified, so it can't be much of an antique.

 

EDIT: Never mind. Pretty obvious, isn't it.

I guess should read vertical in the pic. convert to normal writing is as below.
