amytheorangutan Posted February 6, 2019 at 05:45 PM Report Posted February 6, 2019 at 05:45 PM I think pancit canton is a filipino dish? If you are interested in Chinese dishes and recipes I highly recommend checking out posts by @abcdefg I’m sure he’d have written a post or two on noodles. 1 Quote
大肚男 Posted February 6, 2019 at 05:50 PM Report Posted February 6, 2019 at 05:50 PM Pancit canton is pretty much Chao Mian. If you search on youtube (assuming it is available), there are a million ways to cook it, that you can test out. The good new is that the dish does not need many specialized ingredients. Good luck 1 1 Quote

As in 炒面。Here's a basic recipe: https://thewoksoflife.com/2013/06/simple-spicy-pan-fried-noodles/ Pansit Canton is Cantonese-Style Fried noodles. Many variations are possible. (Sorry, I'm not in China just now and cannot research it more thoroughly for you.) Quote
