Hi, I just want to know the difference between Vision and Corrected Vision.  And what should the doctor fill in color sense ? It does matter if the result of the analysis is in Spanish?

"Colour sense" is the result of a colour blindness test.  If you pass then it should say "normal".

 

I'm not sure what corrected vision refers to but on my form it says "N/A" (not applicable), even though the doctor wrote "wears reading glasses" in the "Eyes" section next to it.  Perhaps if you normally wear glasses all day then the corrected vision test reports the result of reading the eye chart with them on?

 

I would expect that the form has to be completed in English throughout, since most documents have to be submitted in English and/or Chinese translation.

"Corrected vision" means your visual acuity as tested while wearing your glasses. 

 

Some people, even with glasses, still cannot see very well.
