I tried the product, decided I did not want to create a Hollywood script for each chinese character, canceled and was refunded. Now they've charged me again out of nowhere. I cannot learn it and I am very frustrated that you have no response or solution for me over three days already. Why your service is so poor like this? Your service is totally different from your principles to encourage us to never have zero days and I am very disappointed. I emailed and texted for several days and times but no one cares to respond or fix the issue. Please tell me why? Or just refund me back my money since you can’t provide product that I bought. Mandarin Blueprint Customer Service has solved the above issues already. They also apologize as they were taking time to investigate the issues without updating me. That is why I have not heard from them after 3 days. I would see that as a misunderstanding because the team is actually taking responsibility to solve this. As a result, I decide to continue with the MB and pay off the remaining fee, rather than subscribing a monthly payment. Also, I am now in Level 14, I feel very impressed with the learning program. The Mandarin Blueprint really provides the learning program and outcomes as they promise and I cannot believe after four months, I will able to read Chinese sentences without Pin Yin. Just WOW!!!
