where to find scholarship?

Does anybody knows how can I get a scholarship to study mandarin in china or taiwan? Some of the scholarship that I searched from google require US citizenship which is not applicable to me.

I am from Indonesia and currently studying in Texas for my undergraduate degree. My plan is going to china to learn chinese for 1 year after I graduating.

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks
