Webspace Server English German Hanzi

Hi,

I am German, live in Kunming and

will startup my own export,import & intercutural consulting company in Kunming/China.

For this I want to make a homepage.

(HTML I know verry well . PHP,CSS, Java.. I still have to learn.)

The homepage will be in German, English and hanzi(Chinese).

It should be possible to do the administration in english and german.

I´d also like the administration and some other services in hanzi. But that is probably to much.

Can somebody recomend a webspace provider?

(should be about like the WEB Privat L package von allinkl.com)
