What does my tattoo say it suppose say Kelly in chinese

Welp there is no “Kelly” in Chinese so it definitely doesn’t say that. It says 凱莉 which sort of sounds like “Kelly” if you say it in Mandarin.

It reads Kaili, which is a good transliteration of the name 'Kelly'. But the calligraphy is pretty bad, the tattooist clearly had no idea what they were doing.

In China,  凯莉 is more like a girl's name. If you're a lady, that's a nice name for you, If you are a man, 凯利 will be more suitable for you。

And I agree with @Lu, the calligraphy of your tattoo is really bad. You should design it well before you use it as a tattoo.
