889 Posted May 14, 2019 at 01:07 PM Report Posted May 14, 2019 at 01:07 PM You're talking about the two-year multiple-entry L visa for Britons permitting a 90-day stay per entry? Who can say with any certainty. It's up to immigration each time you enter whether to admit you. There are people who seem to do this without a problem for some time, but that's them not necessarily you. That's also today not necessarily tomorrow. You're not permitted to work on a L visa, as you must know, so if you decide to go this route be scrupulous about observing the rules. Note that if you spend more than a certain amount of time in China each year, there may be tax consequences, I don't really know the details. Quote
