Study Chinese Language for 6 months or 1 year

I Planed to study Chinese in university through scholarship, but i missed dead line i think, so what could be the next best option to apply for august intake.

 

Is there any suggestions to choose university or courses ?

 

Appreciate any kind of suggestions. Thanks.

By the way I am an Indian, obviously looking for something cheaper ☺️

Also, if you intend to apply again for a scholarship next year, you should probably check whether having studied in China previously disqualifies you or not...

I can't avail anymore scholarships in future if i get X1 or X2 visa ?
