BLCU affiliated school in Tokyo

There's a school run by a private company in Tokyo that is affiliated with BLCU in Beijing. It seems to have survived for at least five years, and is quite  legit. It claims to offer college credits recognized by the school in Beijing. This form of affiliation is reasonably common in Japan, so I think they can be trusted.

Make sure you get all the proper details, as there are a few peculiarities involved. For example, I'm too old to take courses there.
