Could anyone tell me what verb is used in Chinese for drying one's hair? And on a related note, how do you say hair-dryer (or blow-dryer) in Chinese?

Thanks!

It depends on which tool you use to dry your hair.

If you use a piece of cloth or towel to dry your hair, you can use 擦乾頭髮 (擦 =wipe)

If you use a hair dryer, you say 吹乾頭髮

Here in Taiwan, we call hair dryer 吹風機.

Hope it helps!:)
