It's hard to translate without context. Does this possibly come from some sort of religious sermon? My guess is:

 

"Only then is this true peace within our Lord."

That'd be my translation as well, but it looks like it may be a sarcastic line from a movie

Thanks for your answers! Actually yes, this is from a movie and a religious part (a man trying to get a priest to commit a crime). Still I can't get the meaning of the sentence.
