Hello all.. I wanted to apply for the one year scholarship of Chinese Language in September 2020. One of the requirements is to have a letter from the recommendation institute. In where I live they dont have any Confucius Institute. I tried to email other CI in my country but no one has replied my email so far. Where can I get this recommendation letter? Anyone has the same issue with me feel free to comment :)
