Hi I am seeking information on how to apply to a highs school senior from the US who is interested in getting a degree from a Chinese Film College/ University. I know Mandarin Chines fluently. I’ve been studying since I was years old. I am now a high school senior and ready to start applying to Film schools in China. I have a 4.0 GPA and lots a community service hours. I’m also a 3 yr member of National Honors Society in good standing. I have completed and passed AP Mandarin as well as college Mandarin Chinese courses. Im having a hard time finding a counselor or consultant who specializes in international applications for scholarships in China. I’d appreciate resources and any guidance.

I'm not the person to ask, but I have a feeling Chinese schools don't do those racial scholarships

You can contact the educational affairs section at the Chinese embassy:

Chinese officials tend to respect contacts from organizations more than from individuals, so I'd suggest asking your school guidance counseler to make the initial contact.

For a scholarship, look at the CSC. For the degree, just apply directly to the university you've chosen, possibly via an agent, although the agent shouldn't be necessary.
