The person says 你来吗 at the end of the utterance. Here, he already uses 来. It would be strange to be inconsistent and use 去 in the preceding phrase. Besides, he says it is his 哥哥 who is 请ing 客. As he probably sees himself as part of the ingroup with his 哥哥, he is inviting the person to "come to wherever we are", so again, 来 would make more sense. Quote
