大家好!

In this sentence:
我哥哥明天请客。他的朋友,我的朋友都(X)。你来吗?

Which should I use in place of (X), 来 or 去?

Based on the grammar, either would be acceptable. But based on the situation, 来 makes more sense. The person says 你来吗 at the end of the utterance. Here, he already uses 来. It would be strange to be inconsistent and use 去 in the preceding phrase. Besides, he says it is his 哥哥 who is 请ing 客. As he probably sees himself as part of the ingroup with his 哥哥, he is inviting the person to "come to wherever we are", so again, 来 would make more sense.
