hello everyone

There is a question that really confuses me...it is possible for undergraduate degree applicants to apply directly through universities (type B)??

It may be possible, but I have not heard anyone who has done that yet. what you can certainly do is to apply for the university, get a preadmission letter and attach it to your type A/C application

In general yes, as long as you pay your first year. (That's how it works in PKU at least, but you still need a recommendation institution) And as long as I know, for Shanghai Government Scholarship you can apply even before you start your studies. Fudan University has an agreement with my high school and they just came last week for admission, so I am pretty familiar with the procedure.
