Symbol on the bottom of a vase my mom is trying to sell. Cannot get any ocr to recognize it. I believe it might be traditional Chinese but I’m not positive. Any help would be super appreciated.

Upside down, but 中華陶瓷, the mark of the China Pottery Arts Co., as it was known in English. It operated from 1958 at Beitou on Taiwan.
