the additional line reads 绘于珠山 'painted at Zhushan', I have no idea what or where Zhushan is, but a quick baidu suggests its probably a place connected to Jingdezhen

珠山 is the traditional centre of traditional potteries at Jingdezhen. Not to say everything so marked has been made within the boundaries of Zhushan: it often serves as a shorthand for Jingdezhen generally.
