Application fee for university.

Hi. I`ve applied for exchange program in BIT University.I`ve got mail that i have passed the application review and now I have to pay application fee. Is there a chance that after payments I may not be accepted in the university?Or does this already mean that if I pay i`ll get enrolled in BIT....
