BaffoRasta Posted February 6, 2020 at 10:29 PM Report Posted February 6, 2020 at 10:29 PM Hi, I'm not sure if this qualifies as "quick translation" since the text might be pretty long. Here I took a picture of it. This is from a movie about school bullying. I appreciate any help, even small ones (translations of parts of it). Thanks in advance! Quote
Jim Posted February 7, 2020 at 04:23 AM Report Posted February 7, 2020 at 04:23 AM Gist is: Chen Nian was found guilty of causing death by negligence but because he'd been a victim of bullying was given a light sentence, four years. There was widespread official and public concern, the bullies were given punishment and guidance counselling and a policy of prevention of bullying in schools was drafted. In October 2012 the law on protection of minors was drafted, coming into effect in 2013. In June 2016 [a whole raft of national bodies etc] brought out a working document on preventing violence and bullying in primary and secondary schools, then a bit about that policy. Picture is really slow to load for me, sticking at next date, November 2017 despite several refreshes. Looking at the half characters visible in next line will be another anti-bullying policy brought out by education ministry. 1 Quote
