New Members wodedianyou Posted February 9, 2020 at 01:03 PM New Members Report Posted February 9, 2020 at 01:03 PM For those who want to use the zhongwen chrome/firefox extension on their Android smartphone or tablet there is a new firefox extension : zhongwen-android. Althougth the zhongwen extension is showing up in the firefox Android extension store, it is actually not working on Android devices. So I ported it and named it zhongwen-android. It works basically the same as the laptop version: instead of hovering the character with your mouse, you need to press on the character with you finger to make the dialog appear. To install it go to firefox addons store (https://addons.mozilla.org/) from you android device, search for zhongwen-android and click on install. Note that this extension is for Android only. So if you search into the addons store from a laptop you will not find it. For those wondering why porting it to Firefox-Android rather than Chrome-Android. Chrome on Android do not officially support addons/extensions. 1 Quote
