Need help with translation of a shirt audio clip

Here is the audio clip I'm talking about. It sounds to me that at a certain point the man pronounces the name Chen Nian so if you think too that the guy is saying someone's name this should be it.

Sorry to nitpick but I kept passing this topic by becuase I kept thinking it was something to do with clothes + advertising?

Please can anyone correct the spelling in the title from "shirt" to "short" ?

I know you can't, that why I was asking one of the people who can, if they would, its only a small thing but I wondered if it put a few people off.
