Translation of short audio from (I think) Cantonese, please help?

Here is the audio I'm talking about. The two men talking are brothers and they have each one his own business, taking two ends of the same road, one is an hairdresser and the other one is a shoemaker. Thanks for your help.

It’s Cantonese and very colloquial. Sorry I can’t help.

I got this from the script of this scene, should be what the audio says:

哎, 有時真係唔明, 我地兩兄弟, 包辦一頭一腳, 斷估實無衰架! 點解會搞到而家咁, 顧得頭嚟, 又顧唔到腳?

Only done a very little bit of Cantonese but looks to say something along the lines of "Really don't get it some times, us two mates should really be on to a winner, what with one of us doing the top end [lit. heads] and one doing the bottom [lit. feet]. How come whenever we try to do something we land on our heads not on our feet."

That last bit is very shaky and pretty much a guess, but should probably annoy someone who knows enough so they tell you the real answer.

This script is not exact

I asked a work colleague about the clip.

The speaker doesn't understand why with two close friends (or brothers) cooperating together if you cover the head, you would never have guessed the legs are not covered.

In essence , in English it's like having all your bases covered when you do a project. You have your end is covered and you assume the other person has done his part - however they didn't.

Apparently this type of colloquial language is more from the 80 and 90's
