ChrisWindsor Posted May 9, 2020 at 02:56 PM Report Posted May 9, 2020 at 02:56 PM Hi again everyone! Looks like I had already been registered on this forum 3+ years ago, before I went to work in Taiwan for a few months ? While I was in Taiwan, I did a few beginner lessons and am still conversational enough to get by in day-to-day life (albeit with bad grammar). I'd like to take it to the next level through self-study so that I can reach an advanced level of grammar and conversation (B2 or C1), but I cannot find any complete and/or free online courses that use Traditional characters. I found the huayuworld.org resources, but they don't seem very structured or seem a bit hard to navigate without guidance (as a beginner). Do you have any tips or advice on where else I could look, or whether/how you structured your study, if you have come across anything? Thanks a lot! Quote
Geiko Posted May 9, 2020 at 03:14 PM Report Posted May 9, 2020 at 03:14 PM There is this intermediate course from Taiwan in Coursera, I don't know if the level is too high or too low for you: Intermediate Chinese 1 1 Quote
ChrisWindsor Posted May 10, 2020 at 06:18 AM Author Report Posted May 10, 2020 at 06:18 AM That's cool, thank you! Though it's just 5 hours to complete and doesn't seem to focus on any grammar, so I'm not sure it will get me to B2 that fast. Thanks anyway. Any further leads would be highly appreciated ? Quote
