Hey guys, hoping someone here can help me find out the name of this actress:

Her name in the said movie is Abbess Shangqing.

Her name is 郑颖. In this movie, her role is called 师太. She's not a famous actress, and I can't find more information about her.

At least now that I know how to type her name, perhaps with a little patience and luck I can dig out some more info about her.

 

I even went to Quora and asked there but it's still unanswered up 'til now.

 

Too bad this actress seems like a nobody at this point, hoping she can get more acting projects in the future.

Perhaps there are two 郑颖s? There is a young actress from Singapore named 郑颖, who also goes by the name Tay Ying. Since her parents are well-known performers, there's quite a bit of information on the web about her.

Yes, and it seems the Singaporean is the more famous one. Googling the Chinese name only got the social media pages of the said Singaporean actress, not the one from Mainland China.

 

I had to filter all the social media pages results and I only got 1 result of the Mainland Chinese, but I'm kinda suspicious that the site has the wrong image of the actress.
