New Members benoz318 Posted June 17, 2020 at 07:04 PM New Members Report Posted June 17, 2020 at 07:04 PM Hi. I have bachelors degree in management. I want to do masters in CS/Information Systems or big data. Is it possible or do they reject non-cs bachelors outright? Can't see any degree requirement in application forms of most universities. Has anyone done something like this? Thanks Quote
BlackMamba Posted June 18, 2020 at 04:52 PM Report Posted June 18, 2020 at 04:52 PM I have a bachelor in industrial engineering and the master was in International Business at a Chinese uni. It didn't matter what was studied in the bachelor for that master. But it is much harder to acquire the skills of a CS bachelor without having one... Maybe you can find a master where you can prove that you got the knowledge of the bachelor... Eg this online master would be possible then https://www.coursera.org/degrees/master-of-computer-science-asu A Chinese master in that will not be respected a lot outside of China. Do you want to work in China in that field? Quote
