interesting Chinese couplet and inscribed board

just from curiosity, if anyone can decipher those three Chinese character pictures?  first one is relatively simple but other two are completely clueless.

if deciphered i do not get monetary gain one bit,  just heap praise on you unreservedly.

If you put 多年山水土萬丈青氣 into Google Images, you'll find the door to reading these. An Images search on 八仙春聯 will turn up a lot more. As you might expect, signs like those attract others, and they too look for answers on the web.
