我們什麼都不知道
this sentence is in traditional Chinese, I want to do it as a tattoo but have to make sure it has the meaning I want, can you please translate?

If you were going for "We know nothing" I'd suggest 一无所知. That omits the "we" as it can be implicit, and pithy and vague strikes me as better anyway. If that's not what you were going for, ignore me!

Traditional Chinese would be 一無所知. Unusual tattoo, but hey, modesty is an admirable quality!

I would emphasise it even more- we know utterly nothing

什麼都不… is a very common structure and doesn't carry any particular emphasis (beyond the fact that it's... y'know... nothing).

Cool thanks buddy. Ive always added emphasis in my head. Perhaps because it seems so all encompassing! Perhaps utterly is the wrong word, in my head my emphasis is more like this - barring no exceptions. It may be english head thinking though!
