Getting Another Bachelor's in China

Recommended Posts

Hello!

I was wondering if Chinese undergraduate programs admit students who already hold a bachelor's degree. I am thinking about going back to school to get a degree in Computer Science, but am not sure if I am eligible. I know that the exact policies will depend on the specific schools I'm applying to, but I couldn't find any information on the websites of any of the Chinese universities I am considering (Tsinghua, Shanghai Jiao Tong, Zhejiang University, etc etc), so any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

As Roddy said, they will accept applicants whom already hold a Bachelors degree. Even if they didn't, how would they know that you had one unless you told them anyway?

They do. I did it.

Some universities, however, have age limits (usually 30).

I've also seen many Universities set the age limit as 28 for bachelor degrees. I'm not sure how strict they are at enforcing it as a rule though.

Thanks everyone! I finally got a few replies from some of the schools I'm considering and it looks like there is an age limit, depending on the school. I haven't passed it yet so it looks like I'll be fine.
