Hello 大家好。I'm going to take the IELTS exam and the HSK 4 exam soon. Right now those exams have been postponed until further notice due to the coronavirus situation. I'll take those exams as soon as they start again. So, let's assume that I pass the HSK 4 exam and I get IELTS 8.0 in my IELTS exam, what should I do next to get a scholarship (Bachelors) to study in China? I'm from Kolkata, India.
