xinoxanu Posted September 26, 2020 at 11:20 AM Report Share Posted September 26, 2020 at 11:20 AM Xianyu has been around for a few years already and people just use it on their phone or as a Wechat mini app. 1 hour ago, Pengyou said: how do I get to it on a notebook using windows 10? Mmm... what do you mean by this? Do you want to start selling stuff by building a storefront? The app is not used for that purpose since it only connects individuals like Craiglist, Wallapop and others do... albeit some shops exist inside the app. Beware that Xianyu requires ID sign-in and foreigners have to jump through a lot of hoops and scans to be able to register to purchase stuff. I don't know any that has managed to sell something there.
Pengyou Posted September 27, 2020 at 01:23 PM Author Report Share Posted September 27, 2020 at 01:23 PM I am looking just to buy stuff. I bought a used laser printer 2years ago on tb and it was excellent...would like to buy one that prints a3 as well, using the same drum. I also bought a used 32" monitor - excellent condition as well, and am looking to finalize my man cave so that I have a 55" monitor and 2 32" monitors
Pengyou Posted October 1, 2020 at 10:14 AM Author Report Share Posted October 1, 2020 at 10:14 AM Thanks! but it all leads back to cell phone apps. Is there no way to get there from a desktop? My eyes are not as good as they were 50 years ago :(
xinoxanu Posted October 1, 2020 at 11:44 AM Report Share Posted October 1, 2020 at 11:44 AM Not that I know of. You can always use a tablet or run the app in a PC via an android emulator I guess, but being a Chinese app I am not sure the design will be super responsive (meaning that it probably won't look bigger).
