New Members Valerio Posted November 25, 2020 at 04:29 PM New Members Report Share Posted November 25, 2020 at 04:29 PM As I said in my last post i'm about to graduate, and part of my thesis will be about Chinese cartoons, both of chinese production and imported ones. I would be pleased if members who live in China and have, or had in the past, direct experience with chinese Tv can reply and answer some questions I made about it. It would be awesome. Thank you guys for the help.
Takeshi Posted November 26, 2020 at 09:42 AM Report Share Posted November 26, 2020 at 09:42 AM I have watched hours of 喜羊羊 back in the day (due to a younger sibling watching it). He also watched Tom & Jerry, but that's imported. Even longer ago, I watched C.C. Sakura occaisonally, but at that time I didn't even know Chinese, so the appeal was just watching moving drawings on TV, without understanding what people were saying. That's about it. If I had the remote, usually I'd put on CCTV9 (the English channel) before I knew Chinese, and maybe CCTV4 (Chinese International) or various Guangdong/HK stations. In general I liked watching Chinese documentaries.
