Jim Posted January 15, 2021 at 08:07 PM Report Posted January 15, 2021 at 08:07 PM If you read right to left you get 德恒裕 for your second one, which was/is the name of a pharmaceutical company that appears to be based in Thailand; if that's right the bottom one could be part of a date (eighth year of the Republic i.e. 1919) and the top could be construed as talking about the effects of the medicine in some way, though I wonder if it's truncated?
