Could somebody Google this for me?

Could somebody please Google this question for me in Mandarin?

What are the interactions between the traditional Chinese herb Yue Ju Wan and the following antipsychotics:

-Abilify (aka Aripiprazole)

-Seroquel (aka Quetiapine)

-Risperdal (aka Risperidone)

I just need to know which antipsychotic it's safe to take with Yue Ju Wan.

You might only find random mentions of the antipsychotics, like "treatment with Risperidone and Yue Ju Wan" or something.

It would be SO helpful if you could find something about this for me.

Also, if you could find any mentions of side effects from Yue Ju Wan, that would be awesome.

Thank you so much!

I cannot answer your question, but you might try this: Go to the discussion of 越鞠丸 yue ju wan in this TCM website and, after reading, hit the "Ask the Doctor" link (upper left) and pose your question to the administrator or editor, who presumably is a TCM practitioner.

This is the search phrase I used in Baidu (which did not yield an answer to your question.) 第四代抗精神病药和越鞠丸可以一起吃?(Literally "Can you take 4th generation antipsychotics and Yue Ju Wan together?")

非典型抗精神病药 also did not work for me. (Literally "atypical antipsychotics.")  Perhaps someone else with more advanced search skills (or more advanced language skills) will have better luck.

I tried looking up "interactions between Abilify and Yue Ju Wan" in Chinese, and then in English, and didn't find anything.

I only found these:

This is a research paper regarding the effects when TCM is taken with western medicine together:

https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S0169260715002333?via%3Dihub

https://www.oatext.com/understanding-chinese-medicine-and-western-medicine-to-reach-the-maximum-treatment-benefit.php

According this webpage, no conflicts arise in most cases when TCM is taken together with Western medicine, but I'm not sure if it's reliable:

http://www.makuang.com.sg/en/FAQ

I know it's not much, but it's the best I can do for now. I suggest you try getting in touch with a doctor who might be knowledgable about this topic.

The difficulty with questions like this, even though they are quite sensible, is that someone who has sufficient expertise in western medicine and therapeutics usually does not know enough about TCM to give you a reliable answer. And the other side of the coin is true as well: Someone who has sufficient expertise in TCM to give you a reliable answer does not know enough about western medicine and therapeutics.

It's rare to find someone who has a deep understanding of both systems.
