Can I apply for the type A and B scholarship at the same time?

I already applied for the Type A scholarship together with the embassy of my country, but I would like to know if is possible to create a new account in the system (https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/) and apply for the Type B, the type that is directly with the university and submit another application or they wouldn't accept.

Yes, you can. Each person is allowed to do 2 Type A and 3 Type B applications per year, just use another email to make a new account.

 

However, no matter how many types you apply to, in the end you will only be allocated 1 scholarship. CSC will decide what category + to which university.
