How to say this passive sentence in Mandarin?

How do you say "I have had this topic brought up three times this week already" ?

Here is my jab at it:

这周我已经有把这个话题被提出三次了

Is it even close?

If the topic is brought up by you:

这周我已经把这个话题提出过三次了

这周这个话题已经被我提出过三次了

If it is brought up by somebody else:

这周这个话题已经被提出过三次了

Thank you @Mandarincave.

I somehow thought that it would need to have 把 somewhere in there too..

这周这个话题已经被提出过三次了

I do know the basic passive sentence structure, but this doesn't seem to emphasize that it was actually _me_ who had it brought up. As in, someone else has brought it up. So in this case, where would the word 我 go?

If want to put in passive voice and emphasize yourself at the same time, maybe can put it this way:

这话题正是由我于这周先后提出过三次,[但都是不了了之。]

Could we clarify what you're trying to say? "I have had this topic brought up" could mean it's been raised WITH you (three people have talked to you about it) or it's been raised FOR you by someone else (I sent a representative to the meeting to raise the issue). My first assumption was the former. It would be unlikely to be you doing the actual bringing up.

Yeah. Someone has brought this topic up to me three times this week.

@roddy I actually didn’t realize the second meaning before. :D

Or 这周已经有三个人对我提出了这个话题。

Passive voice is less common in Chinese. You can try forcing it into a 被 construction but it's unnecessary.

Also, 把 is unrelated to passive voice.

I like this, perhaps with 有人跟我提起 for the 'me', but I'd omit if possible. And agree that it's often best not to force in a  被 construction, unless you're doing a grammar exercise.
