Is it 无挂 ? That could mean something like "I guess none" (mand: 沒有吧) in informally written Cantonese.

Looks like 无挂 wú guà but not certain; that's most commonly seen in the chengyu 无挂无碍 which means something like carefree and unfettered where these two are the "carefree" bit.

Hard to guess without context, but could it be 挂号? Not sure why it would be written R -> L but it is a common phrase meaning 'registered mail'.

I would say no, based on the stroke from 无 which flicks up to begin writing the 扌
