Implicit connections?

I'm having trouble understanding the structure of this sentence, which is a headline from Chairman's Bao:

茶叶大国咖啡文化崛起

I don't see any indicators of what the relationship is between 茶叶大国 and 咖啡文化.  In my mind there should have been some kind of preposition before 茶叶大国.  Is that just understood?

Is this a compressed form typical for headlines, or might we see this sentence in an ordinary prose context also?

There could be a 在 in front of 茶叶大国, or a 有 after it, that would make it easier to parse. But the practiced reader doesn't need it, and as a headline it's a little more elegant without it. I think this is headlinese, and you wouldn't see it in regular text, but I'm sure there are exceptions.

As a non-native speaker, I feel this kind of sentence could appear in ordinary prose, of course with appropriate 上下文.

They way I read it, this is a typical topic-comment phrase. 茶叶大国 is the topic, and 咖啡文化崛起 is the comment.

The Rise of Coffee Culture in the Kingdom of Tea

It's interesting to watch that happening in Yunnan today. Some prime tea-growing land is being repurposed to coffee because it pays better, especially at high elevations.
