Use CSC Scholarship Twice for Bachelor degree ?

Hello Guys, 

I already used CSC scholarship type B for Chinese language and literature ( Bachelor ). I am a second year student now. Recently I get my HSK 5. Would you please let me know Can I quite this program, come back to my country and apply for new CSC scholarship type A or B ( bachelor degree of Stomatology )? and Do you know any university that offers Stomatology with a CSC type A or B?
