New Members Triped Posted August 30, 2021 at 12:38 PM New Members Report Posted August 30, 2021 at 12:38 PM Hi there I'm new to these forums and wondered if someone with expertise in translating from Chinese to English could help me translate something for an artwork related job. It's for a food outlet but would like to confirm I haven't made a mistake. If the translations come out as expected, I'll know I've did it right This is the first item I'd like some help with. And this is the second item I'd like some help with. For anyone that helps with this translation, thanks very much Quote
Demonic_Duck Posted August 30, 2021 at 06:22 PM Report Posted August 30, 2021 at 06:22 PM 收集點 Collection point 亚洲的味道 Taste of Asia 2 things: For some reason your 收集點 is traditional (simp 收集点), whereas 亚洲的味道 is simplified (trad 亞洲的味道). I assume you'd want consistency between the two. Simplified is used in Mainland China, Malaysia, and Singapore; Traditional in Taiwan, HK, Macao. A better sounding translation of "Taste of Asia" would be 亚洲之味 (simp)/亞洲之味 (trad). 1 1 Quote
