How do you order stuff from the States? Reverse Taobao agent?

I know in China there are agents that let Americans buy from Taobao.  How about the opposite?  Agents in America who will take deliveries on your behalf and forward them on to China?  Not just for Amazon, I'm looking to buy from specialty retailers that don't ship outside the States.  Someone might suggest a Daigou, but I want specific items that they very likely don't sell.  Anyone know where I can find this?

Look at shipbao.cn which does this through Hong Kong. Not clear whether Covid has temporarily stopped the service.

 

By the way, for whatever reasons some U.S. retailers will not ship to Shipbao or other transhipment warehouses. For example, "JCPenney will not deliver to known expeditors or freight forwarders." Amazon is not a problem, though. (It's very obvious from the address if you're sending to a warehouse. Unless your name really is JP3 B7D.)

 

And what about state sales tax? These companies put their warehouses in Oregon or Delaware, which have no sales taxes.
