ictp.eblcu.com teacher program online, site validity confirmation?

Hi everyone, I passed the admission evaluation at https://ictp.eblcu.com/anon/views/en/index a few days ago and I'm thinking of enrolling. The fees are approx. $1000 for one package. But I'm not really sure that this is the right place especially after I've read this thread here Is this the official BLCU online site or just another scam? Has anyone of you ever participated in ICTP online on this site? They have a FB page but it doesn't seem to be very popular... Please help, I'm really confused....
