I don't really know how to translate classical chinese, can somebody tell me if there is some english translation of the Ming shilu (History of the Ming dynasty)? I'm really desesperate, this is for my master thesis. This section is from volume 56: 志第三十二 礼十嘉礼四宾礼 will appreciate your help! Thank you! 凡锡宴,陈御座于谨身殿。设皇太子座于御座东,诸王座于皇太子下,西向,设蕃王座于殿西第一行,东向,设文武官座于第二、第三行,东西向。酒九行,上食五次,大乐、细乐间作,呈舞队。蕃国从官坐于西庑下,酒数食品同,不作乐。东宫宴蕃王,殿上正中设皇太子座,设诸王座于旁,东西向;蕃王座于西偏,诸王之下,东向;三师、宾客、谕德位于殿上第二行,东西向;蕃王从官及东宫官位于西庑,东向北上。和声郎陈乐,光禄寺设酒馔,俱如谨身殿仪。或宰相请旨宴劳,则设席于中书省后堂,宾西主东。设蕃王从官及左右司官坐于左司。教坊司陈乐于堂及左司南楹。蕃王至省门外,省官迎入,从官各从其后。升阶就坐,酒七行,食五品,作乐,杂陈诸戏。宴毕,省官送至门外。都督府御史台宴如之。其宴蕃使,礼部奉旨锡宴于会同馆。馆人设坐次及御酒案,教坊司设乐舞,礼部官陈龙亭于午门外。光禄寺官请旨取御酒,置龙亭,仪仗鼓乐前导。至馆,蕃使出迎于门外。执事者捧酒由中道入,置酒于案。奉旨官立于案东,称有制,使者望阙跪。听宣毕,赞再拜。奉旨官酌酒授使者,北面跪饮毕,又再拜。各就坐,酒七行,汤五品,作乐陈戏如仪。宴毕,奉旨官出,使者送至门外。皇太子锡宴,则遣宫官礼待之。省府台亦置酒宴会,酒五行,食五品,作乐,不陈戏。 Quote

I suppose you've seen this too? https://mingstudies.arts.ubc.ca/ming-history-an-introductory-guide-to-research/ Not sure how good a translation you're after; I can read the extract and could attempt a rough version if you're desperate though I'm hardly of the most rigorous academic standard and would have to spend a while checking all the names of the palace offices like the 光禄寺 and so on.
