I know it was given to my father by a Chinese government official on a visit to lecture in Fuzhou but i am curious as to value as we cant find any others to match against online. any help would be appreciated. This is made by the Maotai Distillery, but it's not quite as highly regarded as Maotai wine itself. It's a different product with a different taste. Your product is made to the Chinese standard gb/T10781.1-89 and is Excellent Grade 优级, the highest grade. According to the label, the date of production is somewhere on the bottle, probably near the cap. 1 1 Quote
