Applying for Bachelor (undergraduate) in Tsinghua through CSC. DOUBT

I want to go to Tsinghua to study my undergraduate program in Computer Science but I have one doubt:

I want to get the CSC scolarship. I was considering applying through type A, but I've read that Tsinghua doesn't accept students applying through type A unless they have a preadmission letter, but I don't know how to get one.

 

1. If I apply through Tsinghua website and then through the CSC type B, are the possibilities higher?. Also, does the type B scolarship cover the same (tuition, accomodation, food stipend...)  than the type A for undergraduates?

2. If I apply through type A, do I need to apply through Tsinghua website as well or just through the embassy? Do you anyone who go the scholarship for this university through type A? How did they do it?
