Who can read this red seal?

Hey there!

I have here two old scroll paintings. Each is bearing a red seal. I guess its the signature. Who can read it? Maybe its possible to identify the artists name?

Enclosed you will find three pictures.

I'll admit right off the bat, that I haven't a clue to what the red seals mean. However, I would advise you, because you have already given good overviews of the artwork, to include a better close-up of the seals. When I tried to expand them from the image you posted, they blurred beyond reasonable hope of recognition.

 

There'll be others more competent to help who can put the closer images to good use.

So I guess both red seals are  李鵬   ?
