This is a sign on a wall at Mazar Pass which goes to Tibet.

 

Can someone translate it for me please.

Yes. A literal reading would be:

祝 wish

您 (honorific) You

一路 all the way

顺风 tailwind

Or "May the wind be always at your back" or something similar. The wording may vary but the sentiment remains the same.

 

But your picture is a mirror image, like the reflection in a mirror, where left and right are reversed; or if you look from the inside of a window when the writing is on the outside.
